About Michael

Although still relatively new to the industry, Commercial Real Estate is in Michael Coulter’s DNA. He has a creatively unique perspective for seeing opportunities before others do and through his desire and strong work ethic, Michael can quickly and efficiently determine the best value and bottom line.

Michael spent several years in the hospitality industry where his precision, skill under pressure and high attention to detail allowed him to quickly rise the ranks and become one of Cactus Clubs most trusted leaders. He utilized his position to connect with other top leaders in the company and was entrusted to open multiple locations in several of the country's largest cities, including the Lower Mainland. Through these different opportunities, he met several prominent property developers and realized that it was time to make the jump into commercial real estate.

Michael’s many years of experience have taught him the importance of clear communication and relationship building, which he has translated into his real estate business. He is well-connected in the Commercial Real Estate industry with his father running a large and well-known development company. Being immersed in real estate all his life, Michael knows how to quickly size up potential land use and zoning deals and how to ensure the best outcome for all parties.

Michael grew up in White Rock, BC and currently resides in the Langley area with his wife and two young children. He enjoys playing all types of sports and spending time outdoors and looks forward to speaking with you regarding all types of land use, land assembly and zoning issues.
