As a young Commercial real estate professional, Sunny brings over 20 years of worth of experience to the Lower Mainland Real Estate Community. Striving to achieving his goals has always come naturally to Sunny as he was a competitive cyclist at the age of thirteen and later in his teens, he started a profitable comic rental shop from his bedroom. Throughout these endeavours, Sunny found he had a niche to help others in need regardless of their situation.

Sunny has gained a wealth of experience by working in strategic, demanding, extremely stressful environments such as the Department of National Defence as an Infantry solider and as a Director of Operations & Business Development Coach. Sunny has also worked in high-volume Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Industrial environments with a proven record of dealing with budgets, leases, new construction, opening and supporting over twenty concepts and by implementing many lean processes.
Sunny is known to be a people person, a great communicator and a natural leader who leads by example. He embodies the never give up or quit attitude in everything that he does.
Besides travelling, Sunny spends his free time volunteering by coaching start up businesses with lease management, Financial proformas, Food Safety & Sanitation plans, cost of goods, procurement, and overall operational support.
