What You Bring:

  • Real Estate License: A valid real estate license in British Columbia or currently in the process of obtaining one
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, financial statements, and market trends
  • Accountability & Continuous Improvement: A drive to exceed client expectations and a dedication to self-improvement
  • Experience: 2+ years in real estate, business sales, or a related field, with experience in business brokerage, considered an asset

  • Professional Presence: Strong communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients at all levels
